Registration fee: £20 for new students (Non-refundable)

Timings for fee payment: Fees to be paid 15 days before the term starts. For the first term which starts in September, fee to be paid by Aug 1st to register and ensure a seat in the batch. For group classes, payment would be on term basis(13 weeks) according to the details posted below.

 

Late fee: £20 if the student does not pay within the expected timelines as stated above.

GROUP CLASSES:

The group classes are for groups 6 and above. Normally every group would have minimum 6 kids and maximum 10 kids for online batches. We try to restrict offline batches to a group size of 8. There would be one class per week as per the term dates. Following are the rates for group classes:

SPECIAL CLASSES:

Special classes are focused on individuals depending on their need. They are flexible and customized to the student's request and teacher's assessment. These are aimed for 45 mins per session. For advanced batches, the time would be normally extended. All the students preparing for graduation (Rangapravesam) come under advanced batch. There would be only 2 slots per week for special classes.

DISCOUNTS:

A sibling discount of 10% is available. Please contact us for more details.

SCHOLARSHIPS: 

Students who are unable to afford the classes, get scholarships and can take the classes by paying minimum fee of £60 per term.

Parents income certificates need to be showed and it is at the board's discretion to allot scholarships to the students who deserve. 

 

LOCATION/MEDIUM: 

Online classes would be conducted over google meet. 

Offline classes happen at KT5 9BA. If there are more than 15 students at any particular place, we would try to open a new studio in that location. In such case, the additional studio charges would be added to the fees stated above.

 

TIMINGS: 

Classes are planned for every Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Kids beginners offline class: 10Am

Kids intermediate online class: 11:30Am

Special class slot 1: 1-1:45 pm

Adults intermediate online class: 1:45 pm

Online intermediate batch: 2:45 pm

Special class slot 2: 5-6pm

All the above are UK time. These are tentative time slots. Once the registrations are accepted, we would try to divide the students in different batches and can consider the students availability as well. Different time zones would be taken into account while allocating the student to certain batch. If the above timings are not suitable for you, please have a word with us and we shall try to accommodate your requests. 

 

Initially the classes start with 30-45 mins sessions. Gradually as the students move towards advanced batches, the students will gain stamina to hold up to longer training sessions and more time would be given to students at that stage.

HYBRID CLASSES:

Students who would like to take hybrid classes (online + offline ) are welcome to do so. They would take online classes as per the schedule and during the term holidays, take special sessions face to face. In this case, students would pay the term wise online session fee and depending on their interest, they would decide on the number of face to face special sessions they would need and pay accordingly as stated above. Sessions during term holidays are subjected to availability.

DANCE LIBRARY:

All the students can free access to several books available in the library. We have very rare collection of Indian Classical Dance specific books, audio/video material that the students get access to.
